In this project, I worked as an outsourced storyboard artist for the pilot episode, which runs approximately 31 minutes. My main responsibilities included creating the storyboard and animatic.
The animatic was primarily handled by my partner, while I took on the role of quality control to ensure everything met the required standards before delivering it to the client. I also worked on several key scenes myself, especially those that were more complex or crucial to the overall narrative.

For this project, which was commissioned by a personal client, I used Krita to complete the storyboard. Although the process was quite challenging due to the software’s instability, especially when handling a large number of keyframes. I was still able to complete the work successfully.
For this animatic, the client provided the completed storyboard and requested that it be animated. I used the puppet animation technique in After Effects to bring the storyboard to life and create the necessary motion for the animatic.
